Thought I would share Jessica’s feedback with you.
I wanted to (belatedly) pop you a quick note with feedback about my trip to Rwanda. It was fantastic and I would highly highly recommend the country and my tour operators!
Some highlights:
• My guide, Jean, was wonderful. He was really knowledgeable, knew all the cute little spots that I may want to visit, and knew all the locals which made me feel very comfortable. I felt completely taken care of from when he picked me up in Kigali until he dropped me at the airport.
• The canoeing was an absolute highlight. It was simultaneously relaxing and exciting. The birdlife was beautiful, and the children running alongside the river (on their school holidays) brought such joy to me.
• The fine dining experience at Meza Malonga was phenomenal, and I think it should be recommended to anyone visiting the Volcanoes region of Rwanda (which would be anyone doing the gorilla trekking). I have never done fine dining before, but I can't imagine something better than what I experienced. The setting was unbelievably beautiful - I just sat staring across the lake from all directions for hours and hours. Every single thing I ate completely blew me away. And the students and chef were so friendly and helpful, I felt so at home. I can't recommend it highly enough for someone looking for a real treat.
• Of course, the gorilla trek was amazing. It was really well-run by both the park officials and the guides; everything felt clear and safe. What a privilege it was to be in the jungle with those amazing animals. Jean told me to take the first 30 mins of the hour with them to just experience them, without worrying about pictures or anything else. While I couldn't quite resist the picture-taking urge, I'm glad I (mostly) listened to him, because it was truly a soul-feeding experience.
• Driving through the hills from Kigali to the Volcanoes region, I never got bored of how green and gorgeous the country is.
Overall, Rwanda is a beautiful, safe, joyful place to visit, and I feel so lucky to have experienced it. Thank you for all your help in making it happen.

We are back from a truly epic trip to Rwanda!
I wanted to thank you for arranging such a superb experience. The excursions, accommodations and everything was amazing.
In particular, the guide we had, named Desire, was outstanding. I suggest you recommend to your operator that he be allocated to any clients you may send his way - your clients will thank you for it.  There was one bitter pill though - Rwandair really messed up what was otherwise an amazing trip. Our flight to Rwanda was delayed but not by much. I eventually knew about the delays only because I kept checking the flight status. If I had not, I would have been at the airport 6 hours too early.  All of that notwithstanding, we had an incredible time in Rwanda and commend you and your team.

My apologies for the delay in correspondence.  I just had such a hectic week being back etc.  All that I can say, is WOW! WOW! WOW!! We are in love with Zanzibar, the humble people the way they share and work together and then the overall beauty of the Country.  The hotels top notch, we where moved from the Baobab rooms as those where a bit old and dusty, but got upgraded to the Pwani room and it was beautiful. The property could do with a bit of an upgrade with regards to their bathrooms and there curtains etc. but for a 4* its was good. The food was excellent and loads of variety and off course the evening entertainment was TOP NOTCH! The Maru Maru was fabulous, beautiful breakfast and clean rooms and location on point! Thanks again for your assistance.

Thanks for your email.
We cannot recommend our accommodation highly enough. We were blown away by the incredible staff, beautiful spacious rooms and of course the delicious food.
I will definitely try and book at other Riu hotels when considering future holidays. It had a kind of Club Med feel, which we have always enjoyed.
The highlight of our tour was definitely the snorkelling and swimming with the dolphins - we got the most amazing underwater pics and videos.
The spice tour was also very interesting and a lot of fun. This was combined with the tour of Stone Town on our last day. We originally planned the tour for the Wednesday, but because of the rain, we moved it to the Friday. I think we all agreed that we would have preferred to spend our last day at the hotel, enjoying the good weather on the beach - or maybe only doing the spice tour. Stone Town was a bit chaotic with the traffic and a bit too drawn out and we only got back to the hotel after 15h00. Nonetheless, we rate our holiday a solid 10/10 in terms of comfort, relaxation and experience.

Just want to thank you for once again organizing a wonderful trip for us.
Everything went so smoothly no hiccups at all (as per usual) the transfers were all there waiting for us and we received all the boarding passes via wattsapp you really make travelling easy.
We loved Zanzibar and so glad you suggested 2 days in Stonetown it was great.
The My Blue Hotel in Nungwi was unbelievable and so glad we did fully inclusive...... drank lots of wine and it was all from SA and very nice to have a villa.
Once again thank you and also for all your patience as the trip was in the planning stages.
